1. Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password hash), your brand kit details (logo, colors, voice, audience), the prompts you submit to our agents, the assets generated from those prompts, and basic usage telemetry such as credit consumption and timestamps. We also collect billing information through our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate the Service: authenticating you, generating assets you request, applying your brand kit to outputs, billing you accurately, and providing customer support. Aggregated and anonymised usage data may be used to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts or generated content to train our own models.

3. Third-Party Services

To deliver generations, we forward prompts and relevant context to third-party AI providers, including Anthropic (large language models), Replicate (image and video models) and Runway (video models). Payments are processed by Flutterwave and other regional partners. These providers operate under their own privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them. We share only what is necessary to fulfil your request.

4. Data Storage

Account data, brand kits and generated assets are stored on Supabase, our managed database and storage provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

5. Cookie Policy

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as theme. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Service.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data. You can update most details from your dashboard, or contact us to request a full export or deletion. If you are in the EEA, UK or a jurisdiction with similar laws, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
